Our family hotel (4-star superior) is located in the small, picturesque mountain village Lermoos, at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Our apartments and suites are all specifically designed for families. Whether an apartment is in typical Tyrolean style, a fairytale suite with a beautifully tiled stove, or a wellness suite with a whirlpool – you can decide what suits your family best.
From the balcony or terrace you can see the surrounding mountains of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena – the mighty Zugspitze, Sonnenspitze or Grubigstein. That is pure relaxation! All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and Nespresso machines, and of course high-speed WiFi access.

Pack lightly
We’re more than happy to help you pack lightly. Many travel and practical needs can be loaned here at no extra charge such as a cot, a baby rocker, a buggy or reclining pram, a humidifier, a nappy pail and changing mat.
On Top & mobile
Driving fun is included in the room rate. Golf carts for trips to the golf course and Segways for a little side trip into nature are at your disposal. Vehicles can be booked at reception.
